I've uploaded the new 1.2.13 release to http://www.gbpvr.com/GBPVR10213.msi
As with past releases, if you dont already have them, you need to have .net 2.0 or higher installed, as well as the updated Microsoft runtime from http://www.gbpvr.com/vcredist_x86.zip. If you're upgrading from a previous release, I recommend you backup your gbpvr.db3 and config.xml files just in case anything goes wrong. Post any problem reports in the Support forum. There isnt a lot of new stuff in this release, but it rolls in a lot of patches I've previously made available, and also improves things in a few key areas. From the change log: Quote:

I believe gbpvr.exe (the old User Interface executable) has been dropped from this release as well.

Elapsed time from clicking on download link to back up and running with new release -- about three minutes. Operation flawless. It even fixes a trivial picture library issue that I had not reported.
This is quality of the highest order. Many thanks Graham PS The ghost GBPVR is on the playback tab of config.exe.

Nice! Just in time for my new DVB-T HD machine I've just built. I was planning to install GBPVR tonight! Going to save me a lot of time mucking round with patches for the previous version. Thanks!

Love the fact that 16x10 aspect ratio has been added! Thanks!
Will it be possible in the near future to use the PowerDVD 8 audio decoder for liveTV? Other than that, an awsome release. I can even watch TV3 without smearing/pixellation/green garbage using my ATI card

I'd suggest trying the MONOGRAM AAC decoder again. It behaves much much better with some of the transport stream changes I've made in this release. (BTW, people that have manually tweaked the <UsePowerDVD8ForTS> or <UseBuiltInTSReader> recently will find these settings were reset in this upgrade, to switch back to using the built in TS playback) |

With the demise of GBPVR.exe are there any plans for allowing the TV guide to show more than 2 hours on the screen at once?
