    ati radeon 9250

    Is the TV OUT and mpeg2 decoder support. I get a blank screen.

    Yes, the ATI 9250 is capable of displaying video from an mpeg2 decoder onto the TV-out. Note however that the 9250 does not support DXVA (hardware acceleration), so make sure the mpeg2 decoder has that disabled (which most do anyway by default).

    You are most likely experiencing video decoder configuration problems. Try disabling live-preview mode in gbpvr, as a starting point.
