application error

I can not start anything in ver9 without having this error message

"the application failed to initialize properly (0XC0000135), clicl on OK to terminate the application"
is it user error?

storbacken29, I suspect your problem with GB-PVR is either:
- You've got it installed on a drive other than c:. Sorry, theres a dependency on the install drive at the moment. You can just copy it to the C: after installation if this is the case.
- or, you dont have the Microsoft .net v1.1 runtime installed
