Live TV in VCD format

Hi,

i'm trying to record and live TV in VCD. Use Wintvcap profile "VCD". I'm also using intervideo css.
But it won't work. I get VMR9 cannot render file.
Is this a problem of GBVR, or VMR9, or intervideo?
The lowest resolution to record i'm getting to work with GBVR is HalfD.

Unfortunately the LiveTV directshow filter expects a mpeg2 Program Stream. VCD is mpeg1 System Stream. Sorry.
