    Lightbulb TV Listings 3.6.1 released

    Hi,

I've just uploaded a new version of the TVListings plugin at the wiki.

    Changelog:
    - added "please wait" message when starting live tv
    - added option to initiate 'Archive' procedure on complete recordings
    - added option to delete all recordings from a recording group at once (Ctrl+K on the group in TV Recordings)
    - adjusted TVDB mapping logic to include a generic series information as fallback in specific situations
    - added logic to use the plugin during video playback (available with F9 key)
    - added config option for the image directory
    - added support for the extra recording directories and 'archive' functionality
    - added support to tag/flag recordings with the red, green, yellow and blue keys
    - fixed an issue where the 'next' recording in the panel was not really the next one
Please note the following when upgrading:
    • The new version contains skin changes, so please also update skin files
    • There's no need to overwrite an existing "TV Listings.db" database file during upgrade

    - added config option for the image directory

Plugin still copies the image file from the image directory to the Recording folder which is unnecessary and also means when the recording is deleted the folder is not because it contains the image.

    Good update though!
    thanks

I'm not sure whether copying the image is necessary or not, but if you want NPVR to deal with the image during delete and archive operations, just add jpg to the <DeleteAdditionalExtensions> list in config.xml.

    Hi,

the image path setting has nothing to do with image files for recordings. The plugin always saved preview images along with existing recordings using the same filename, merely for caching purposes of images downloaded from the net, and that those images are also available for other npvr plugins. For the image files not being deleted, as johnsonx42 pointed out there should be a setting in npvr's config.xml to cleanup additional files with specific extensions when deleting a recording, so normally they should be cleaned up, too.
