Yes, but you do have to say what you want support with.
I'll take a guess though... since your FilterCheck shows a Hauppauge WinTV PVR USB2, which is an analog device already defined in the AnalogDevices.xml, I'll wager you need to install the WinTV 7 SoftPVR components. See the Analog Devices section in the sticky in my signature; in particular, follow the link to the Wiki article on manually installing the filters (Option 2)).
If you've done that and still don't have your analog card showing as available, then post your NPVR.log after viewing the Devices Screen in Setup, and I'll see what shows up.
If you need help with something else, please explain.

Hi,
You guessed exactly what I need support for. I got to the point where it told me to send the FilterCheck.log which is what I did.
Attached now is the NPVR.log
You have not succeeded in getting the Hauppauge SoftPVR components installed:
As your card is not officially supported by WinTV7 you will need to follow the Option 2 instructions in the Wiki. Note carefully the instructions to edit the batch file to reflect the name of the WinTV7 download you get - the file was written for WinTV7 v2.2, but the download file today is newer.Code:2012-06-25 00:28:57.187 [DEBUG][1] FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: MainConcept (HCW) MPEG Multiplexer-Plus 2012-06-25 00:28:57.187 [DEBUG][1] MainConcept mux not present. Disabling analog support.

Hi,
I repeated what I did before, editing the bat file and replacing 2.2 with 2.5.
This time it discovered an Analog Hauppage WinTV PVR2 USB2 device. Trouble is I have a Analog Hauppage WinTV PVR USB2 device.
I could not setup the channels and then I noticed that my hardware failed.
Thanks for the help. It is off to Futureshop to buy new hardware.
