No, its not for the main menu. It's for while you're watching TV, and press the up or down keys, and it shows sort of a mini-guide with the 'now' and 'next' show. The user can press up/down to cycle through the now/next for other channels, and press 'ok' to change to one, or escape/back to cancel and stay on the current channel.
