HP Expresscard

I have recently downloaded gbpvr to use to record programs with the idea then to transfer the recordings to my ipod touch. i have found however that my HP Expresscard is not listed in the card type in tuning settings when setting up my tv card. can anyone help me here. ive tried to to use graphedit but had no luck

p.s the tv card came with the computer - hp pavilion entertainment pc dv6000
the card is
HP Express Card - DVB-T - TV TUNER EC300 DVB-T tv tuner

This card wont be usable for analog tv, but you should be able to get DVB-T. You'd need to setup a digital capture source then do the 'map digital channels to epg channels' step.

Create a capture source, set the recording source to 'digital', hit the 'settings' button to select your card type. Hit ok. Set the EPG Source to 'DVB EPG'. Hit the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button.

ok need help with card type. tried using graph edit to make a listing for my card. couldnt figure out the FILTER_TUNER and FILTER_CAPTURE lines. think im in big trouble

Run filtercheck.exe from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log.

i recieved an error when mapping - GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device you have configured ( Reason : fiailed to locate configured BDA capture device). The configuration i made in the bda.ini file is as follows

great that seems to have worked. its scanning 51 stations now. is there much configuration after this. i want to set it up gbpvr record in ipod touch format if possible
