    Can you post the pvrx2.exe.log file?

    Sure. I meant to provide that the first time. Sorry.

    Here is a new version of both log files without the problematic Video Archiver plugin which was causing some errors as well.

    I cant see any sign of an error in those logs. (you can ignore the one you quoted above, this normally appears in the log when the app is shutting down)

    I can see its loading XRecord, because I can see some of its log messages indicating its running.

    Do you actually see some message that makes you think its crashed? What does it say?

    Yes. I get an error dialog titled "PVRX2" stating:

    "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the appplication....."

    The details I have pasted into a text file attached below. At this point, my only option is to continue but it doesn't display the XRecord plugin window.

    System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    at RecordingViewerPlugin.RecordingTask.render(Boolean & requiresMoreRendering)
    at GBPVRX2.MenuTask.x9006c1ed9ccb79de.GetRenderList()
    I dont know why its happening, but I'm sure the author of the XRecord plugin could use the above to find the cause pretty quickly.

    Ah. I thought the GBPVRX2 object was yours. I had already posted a note about the problem in the XSuite area with a pointer to this thread so hopefully someone will take a look.

    Thanks.

    GBPVRX2 is mine, but its crashing inside 'RecordingViewerPlugin.RecordingTask' which is a class inside the plugin.

    That not to say I'm not causing the problem somehow, but someone would need to look the plugin's code to determine what its not happy about.

    This is an XSuite specific problem so anyone following this thread please look here instead.
