Brian,
I tried this one with great enthusiasm, I really want the DVB-T radio. However, no joy. The offer to search for channels comes up, then, the windows (Vista in my case) messages that first DVBTR.exe and then PVRX2.exe have stopped working. An empty channels.csv file is created; if I delete this, it will try the channel search again, but with the same effect. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Pam
Darn - I never thought to get any Vista testers. As far as I know the testers were all running XP.
If you email me the pvrx2.exe.log from the time you tried it and also the contents of the DVB-T Radio Logs folder, I'll take a look and see what I can do.
Cheers,
Brian
PS to email me, click the bgowland link at the top of this post and select 'Send email...'"
I've just updated the plugin zip file - please download and try again if you've experienced any problems.

"register the LAME MP3 encoder"
How do I do this?
MSI FA-4 speedster, Pentium M 2.0, 2 gig memory ,nvidia 210, Samsung Ecogreen 1.5 Terabyte Hard Drive
Sorry - I should've given a bit more information on that.
If you've used FM Radio in the past or use Net Radio, you'll already have the LAME Encoder registered. If not, this is a download link...
http://www.elecard.com/ftp/pub/direc...lame_dshow.zip
Extract the exe from the zip file and run it, it'll install the encoder and register it for you.
Cheers,
Brian
Popup said "Scanning for channels... Please wait"
So I waited for twenty minutes.
Then, all of a sudden, nothing happened.
Is there anything I can do to help diagnose the problem?
Thanks
Graham

Could you post or email me the zipped contents of the Logs folder from the DVB-T Radio folder?
Also the logs you posted don't show any activity for the plugin. Could you also include pvrx2.exe.log for the time you tried it. It might be pvrx2-1.exe.log or pvrx2-2.exe.log etc.
There are days when I wonder why I got out of bed.
The correct zip is attached and all of the obselete zips have been deleted so I won't make that mistake again until the next time that I do.
Apologies.
