Recording service will not change channels

Ever since my upgrade to 1.2.9, the recording service will record, but not change channels before doing so. I'm hoping my logs are attached...
In the zip file is also test.txt, which explains the sequence I went through to test.

Depending on the .exe channel changer you're using, you may need to go into the Windows Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services, and set the GB-PVR Recording Service to 'allow service to interact with desktop'.

Microsoft recommend apps no longer use this option, so GB-PVR no longer installs the recording service with that option set. This is fine for GB-PVR itself, but some people use '.exe channel changers' that use the clipboard to exchange data, and they wont run unless its set this way. In effect, your .exe channel changer software isnt designed to be used by a non-desktop process, and has problems if you try to.
