How do collections work?

I am using the latest PVRX2 1.15 and ML2 v6.7.
How do I get collections to work...or what are they supposed to do for me. I created two collections with one song each. When I load ML2 both songs are in my list. Does ML2 just merge the two collections?

In the default view, it merges both collections. Both when you push the menu button (while in ML2), a submenu opens with a collections button. Then you can select a collection and you will only see these songs.

I think this is really a great feature and an absolute must for a tagbased player. I really hate it to see beethoven next to beatles....

yeah by default, unless you've selected one of your collections, it defaults to one I created called "system" which is everything.

In the config app you can set the default collection, and in pvrx2 using the menu button (home) you can switch collections (and maybe the default i can't remember)

Ok, that is what I thought and hoped it would do. I am having trouble getting it to work though. What is the keyboard equivalent to the 'menu' button?
