    Default No channels

I've recently set up a computer with GBPVR and Windows XP connected to the family TV. It has a VisionPlus VP3020 card in it (twinhan?) and it works fine if I use the Twinhan DVB software which came with it, but GBPVR does not detect the card. The CD also has some BDA drivers on, and if I use them GBPVR detects the card but when I scan for channels it does not find any (just says it is saving the channels immediately).

Can't wait to try GBPVR out

Can you run filtercheck.exe in the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log it creates?

Filtercheck shows there are no BDA drivers on your machine.

The CD also has some BDA drivers on, and if I use them GBPVR detects the card but when I scan for channels it does not find any (just says it is saving the channels immediately).
Ah, I should have read more carefully... You have to use the BDA drivers if you want to use GB-PVR.

If a scan doesnt find any channels, then reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log files.

Ah, hold on, I had the non-BDA drivers activated when I ran that! I will enable the BDA ones and run the filter check again.

Here's filtercheck.log as generated with the BDA drivers enabled.

I cant see any attempt to do a channel scan in that log. You need to post the logs after visiting the 'map digital channels to epg channels' screen. Hit 'rescan' if it doesnt start scanning by itself.
