Pending Recording doesn't show same description as Guide

Tonight I marked two items for recording in my Guide... both were tonight on the same channel, one from 8-10pm, the other from 10-12. I marked them to record by selecting them in the guide, and choosing Record from the details screen, not Quick Record. The right programs were recorded, but in the Pending Recordings list they show complete different descriptions.

And here's the Pending list, showing one in progress and one upcoming. Both have incorrect titles, but do actually show the correct channel.



I'm sure both Working From Home and the Texas Chainsaw Massacre are great movies, but they weren't what I wanted to record, and not what was recorded. The correct channel and program was recorded thankfully, but you can see from the logs that the incorrect title was even used for the mpg filename.
