I simply cannot register CHSUITE.OCX in Vista

This is part of the irblastwiz_13_23033 application to you need to configure the built-in IR balster with the PVR150

Those of you that have, did you have to do anything special?

I have run in WINXP compatibility mode, in Admin mode, and in regular mode with the command "regsvr32 chsuite.ocx" and I get back the error "the module chsuite.ocx failed to load"

When I try to run the IR Blaster config I get the error Component "CHSUITE.OCX" or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered, a flie is missign or invalid.

HELP?!
