Help with Comskip/Comclean

Hello all,

I have recently set up a htpc with gbpvr and have a parallelprocessing.bat that runs for comskip, clean, retime and rename but when I play the recorded show back there is still the comskip markers in the timeline / playline that then automaticly skips over parts of the show when it plays. How can I prevent this from happening?

If you delete the comskip .txt and .edl files at the end of parallelprocesing.bat, then it shouldnt do this.
