when i create a capture source, and then go to settings under recording source, what should i have as the source and for the quality profile settings?

i tried several for sources, but something came up about not having the right drivers and i don't want to mess it up.

If you're running recent drivers, you probably need to select the 'Hauppauge PVR2 USB2' option. Note the two "2"s in there.
