USB UIRT codes

Is there a way to manually enter the codes for the USB UIRT for the channel numbers? My remote is very picky on learning codes and it would be WAY easier to manually enter them (I have the codes from Girder).

The next release has a lot of changes in this area, and you should be able to edit a text file to get the codes in if you need to.
