Were are the screen image call outs?

In a skin, when you highlight a button, an image shows on the screen. For example, with Video Archiver, a film reel shows up. Where are the callouts for these to be able to change them.

Its up to the plugin developer, but they're usually in the skin directories, call "task.png".
