I just tried the GBPVR MVP software, and I prefer it to the Hauppauge software. Unfortunately, after 10 minutes of watching, the picture froze. The file was an Mpeg recorded by a Hauppauge 150 set at 4800/6000. My setup is hardwired. I have no issues using the Hauppauge software, except for the red cast. I am running Maintenance release 23.13. No other processes were running, except perhaps the 150 recording a show. This has never been a problem before with the Hauppauge software.
Does anyone know the problem and the fix? I have a P4, 2.8, 800 fsb, 1 gig ram system using XP Home. I have no via chips in my MSI Neopfsr MB.
Thanks for any help.

Reproduce the problem, then email your logs to me at support@devnz.com. Include a complete description of what you were doing, and what happened.

Thanks sub
Stupid question, but how do I grab a copy of my logs? I will be happy to do so. I will even research this question when I get home with the hope the problem can be recreated and presented to you.
Your MVP setup is far superior to the Hauppauge software. I did not notice the red cast as much using your setup. Have you done something special, or is it my imagination?

The log files are in c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr. There are several different logs, all with the file extension .log. Send them all.

Sorry, this is your imagination. It'll be exactly the same as the Hauppauge software.
